• 1995  Daniels sales reach £39 million selling instant coffee, tinned foods, confectionery and dried fruit.
• 1997  Daniels buys Johnsons Juice
• 1998  Daniels buys New Covent Garden Soup
• 1999  Tinned food and fruit business sold
• 2000  Coffee business sold
• 2001  Daniels Chilled Foods created
• 2002  New Covent Garden soup re launched
• 2002  Daniels purchased by Singapore Food Industries
• 2006  Daniels integrated with International Cuisine Ltd.
• 2006  Daniels wholly acquires Farmhouse Fare brand.
• 2007  Daniels Chilled Foods becomes Daniels Group and combined International Cuisine, Swissco. & Farmhouse Fare into one group.
